I have been a fan of Hezekiah Walker for over twenty years. He did a song years ago about being “Rooted and Grounded in Christ” and in my mind it was an ‘anointed Psalm” of what God wanted out of his and our lives. Some may not have a problem with ministers living sexually immoral lives, but ministers are to represent a higher calling and standard. The contemporary commentators, whether in the sacred realms or secular who promote any type of sexually immoral behavior, whether fornication (pre-marital sex), adultery, homosexuality, etc are compromising both the Holiness of God and truth of Scripture. Some say “I dont have a problem with it,” it being sexually immoral behavior Obviously the Holiness of God and His redemption probably don’t mean a thing to you either. Christians must “divorce” themselves/ourselves from this contemporary poison that we have allowed to invade our souls, even from behind the desk that is supposed to be sacred. Ministers must read 1st Corinthians 9th and 10th chapters to see Paul’s historical take on Israel being “disqualified,” (the first generation out of Egypt) because of immorality. His use of the word “adaikamos” is telling. Don’t be disqualified from running the race in Christ because of your private lusts. Overcome them by putting down the old carnal self and put on the new man in Christ Paul would say! That includes HOMOSEXUALITY! Anyone who does not have a problem with homosexuality or any other sexual sin in the body of Christ has somehow been overtaken by a contemporary worldview rather than life changing truths of the divinely inspired Word of God.

We need to pray, for this family, there are children we must think about, the brother has a church that he leads.
I can’t say if its true or not however, we all have fallen short in the eyes of the Lord. Let’s turn our judgment into prayers. I love the brother, his music has blessed my soul, and my God bless you all.

oh and p.s. It is NOT judging him. The Bible judges the sin NOT the person. If the person is committing the SIN then you can say they are not right with God. Sin is Sin.

You really need to stop twisting scripture. If your a Dr. then I suspect that you may have a little intellegence. Plucking your eye out doesn’t suggest really plucking your eye out. Homosexualality is sin. It is not how God intended anything to be. He would have made Adam and Steve. He would have had all penis and no vagina.

You need to get your head out of your anus sir. Start thinking practical.

Writing this really causes me to believe you are a dummy. Dr whoever your name is, what about when people were engaging in sexual sin at Sodom and Gomorah? You seriously need to study your Bible. Damn your dumb.

I don’t know if Hezikiah is Gay but like I said from my other post I do know that he did hit his wife. I know that for a fact. I met her. and know people who assisted in the divorce.

Yes, he is GAY nad a LIAR. For years, in the 1990’s, he had an affair with John Fuller, who worked for the city at the time (NYC EMS). They both got married as a cover, spreading diseases to their wives. GODLESS, AND DISGUSTING.
