Photo of the Day

Today’s photo of the day shows Chris Webber, who announced his retirement last week. In addition to being one of the most talented power forwards of all time, Webber’s on-the-court and off-the-court style changed the face of the NBA.

Agreed doc he was a great power forward whose sharing of the ball brought out the best in his temmates (I’m talking his Sacramento years) but simultaneously had him labeled as a leader afraid to lead. His style and his charisma will be missed. Not to mention the fact that the man was PHYOINE!

I guess I should’ve spoken about his smile in the PRESENT tense. I must’ve been thinking about Sean Levert.

CW definitely changed the game. I would’ve liked to see him go out a winner but his legacy is set. Will he be a Hall of Famer? I don’t know. I don’t think he will be as good a music producer as he was a baller.

Lol, no hate over here Chgo. I actually think Chris is a really talented producer but I think he’ll be better known in basketball circles than in music industry circles as a top-notch producer but we’ll see.

Damn, don’t mean to hate on CWebb, but I thought the subject was his B-Ball game? Next time Doc posts a picture of a good-looking woman, is it OK that I make similar comments about her ass and breasts? (lol)
