R&B Beef?
March 28, 2006 by Marc Lamont Hill

Apparently, the beef industry that currently drives much of hip-hop has expanded into the world of R&B. RL from the popular 90’s group Next has released a diss record called “Hater In You” coming at 112, Destiny’s Child, and Jagged Edge. The song isn’t particularly vicious (or good), but it may spark a new trend in contemporary R&B where singers engage in lyrical warfare. What beefs would you like to see? Usher vs Omarion? Tyrese vs. Jaheim? Or maybe I just need to get some sleep.

Ting – there seems to be a location problem with your blog. While a search shows recent entries, every link goes to a NO LOCATE error page.
Maybe you are updating to outproduce Dr. Hill?

I’ve just been sitting around not getting anything done. I’ve just been letting everything wash over me these days. My life’s been basically unremarkable lately. Pretty much nothing seems important, but so it goes. I’ve pretty much been doing nothing to speak of.
