I know people who worked for loan companies. In the late 90’s, loan agencies were forced by the government to “increase” their quota of loans to “lower income” families. If agencies didn’t fill their quota, they could receive penalties. Thus, sub-prime loans were created. Do the simple math and we are where we are today—it failed miserably. However, in the aftermath, Democrats, like Barney Frank who had a personal interest with loan agencies like Fannie May and Freddie Mac, failed to take any culpability with their roles in aiding & abetting the sub-prime loan industry. Instead, they chose to save face by leading an angry mob to put full blame on the loan agencies. So, why is it no surprise that Democrats were absolved by their constituents?

History has proven time and time again that socialism does not work. It has a 100% fail rate. No, I don’t believe anyone thinks socialists are un-patriotic. Just un-educated.
