I love this dude… this particular song is just a straight shout out to the DC area… those not familiar with the culture in this area may not pick up on all the nuances of this particular song perhaps… but you may just not like his style, however, if you havent heard his other works I highly recommend!

Clifton, I thought the whole Mixtape About Nothing concept was pretty cool and I was excited about it until I heard it. Dude is not fresh to me at all. Mickey Facts is OK, he’s the only one I’ll rate out of the new school.

Wale is not new, he’s been around since ‘04 he’s just recently gaining more buzz partly because he did so many features last year, so while I hear you Clif I’ve been up on Wale long before this song. I think he’s a good rapper I’ve just heard better from him.

Peyso, it might be hard to find but his second mixtape that dropped on ‘06 ‘Hate is the New Love’ is fire.

I implore everyone to download Wale’s mixtape “A Mixtape about Nothing”, you will definitely be feeling him after it. Drake is nice too, Charles Hamilton can rap but what the hell is he talking about and I think ya should get on the bol Mickey Factz too

damn….ya’ll gotta open up ya ears. well..lemme step back. I personally like this cat. Music is dope and the live show is crazy.

Blaxx, i think that Drake is cool too, but honestly, it seems like sometimes hip hop fans can be, so close-minded when it comes to new music.

“these new cats ain’t real hip hop”, “I miss the golden-era”, that kind of stuff. Which is cool for people to feel that way, but i just wish people would be open to hearing a new artist and not passin judgement on them so quick.

being that this blog is centered around politics, i encourage people to go to youtube and search for this song; Wale-Kramer.

but if not, hey..atleast i tried.
