maaad cool pts for eddie not losing his cool. i’m not gonna lie, i was impressed ’cause this isn’t a reg season game, this is the playoffs: a time where fellas don’t take no funk from nobody. in a sport where testosterone/manly-macho is at such a consistent high for eddie to remain level headed and not snap really shows a lot about him as a man….he responded vs impulsively reacted. as a woman it was refreshing to not see yet another player go balistic when that could’ve easily turned into a mid-court brawl. and i think skip knows that’s all he could’ve gotten away with.

Logic we don’t agree at all but whatever. I don’t give a damn about cool points when the 31 House dropped was much more important. You won’t find one Celtic that is more concerned with Eddie’s cool points than the career-playoff-high he put on the Magic. But to answer your question, no I didn’t laugh when Skip hit House, what made me laugh was House’s reaction but Skip looked like the eventual bigger fool for reacting instead of thinking like Eddie. I laughed because Skip basically handed Game 3 to the Celtics for not keeping a cool head. Like I said before Skip is smart and he knows he wouldn’t even do that at the Rucker so this was the epitome of stupid for him. Keeping one’s cool under pressure takes work and effort, it takes nothing to just react without thinking and that’s why Skip is riding the pine tonight and his pockets are lighter while Eddie is at shootaround right now lol, and I find that hilarious.

Skip was right econ, House definitely was the instigator but in both the NBA and NFL the refs for the most part don’t catch the first guy but always seem to catch the one who retaliates. It just sets a great stage for tonight’s game.
