@Blaxx, i’m moving to africa too…with my kindle :)

why i like it, is because you can download all your books unto it. so instead of carrying around a big ass backpack filled with heavy books you can just carry your kindle. you can do mags, newspapers, everything. yo you can even read that joint in the sun!

Ann, to my knowledge the words are displayed on the screen, maybe they have audio for the blind…which is essentially cool too.

see i’m not in to big handbags, i’m more of a wallet and clutch girl. i’m also the type to read at parties or where ever i’m at actually….so the kindle definitely fits my lifestyle.

i mean i wouldn’t do away with books altogether. it’s just a cool thing for when a person’s on the run….jmo

I just hate Steve Harvey for being a damn hypocrite when that tape of a young Eminem rapping about black women came out AND for what he tried to do to Bernie Mac. For those of yall not in the know, when Ocean’s Eleven was in its early stages of production, Steve Harvey, his agent and his manager called the film’s director, casting director and studio trying to blackball Bernie Mac and say that Steve Harvey would be better for that role. When Bernie Mac died, they were still on the outs and not on speaking terms so when I hear him blubbering on his radio show about how close he and Bernie were, it makes me sick. Fuck a Steve Harvey.

When Benzino and Dave Mays released that tape of Eminem freestyling in 1992. Eminem said some reckless stuff cuz his black girlfriend just dumped him, it wasn’t cool but nobody really cared. Steve Harvey got on his radio show talkin reckless saying he’s revoking Eminem’s “ghetto” pass yet, I’ve heard Steve Harvey say things far more disparaging about black women. Furthermore, I didn’t hear him say shit when Michael Jackson was feelin on little boys or when R.
